1.- If the mother thinks like that she does not deserve a child.
2.- People in different countries are not raise the same way.

Hmmm.. i dont know abt this but in tropical country i live in, this will create lots of heat for the baby… Which is bad…

At this age, the baby is learning to speak and feel mostly.

Also, if you’re a resident of a cold place (like if it’s winter in Minnesota, usa), then you’ll know how important it is to keep the baby completely covered in the weather.
