Thats stupid. You could just get a recharge dock and recharge 4-6 batteries at once off once outlet.

I'm sorry, but explosion is the first thing that comes to mind, You need to at least lower the voltage and convert the socket AC to DC, that's why we plug things into adaptors or chargers. Building this into the battery will take up too much space.
