Lighting design should consider glare also. The white internal wall on the base may produce an uncomfortable glare for the user.

cheap and pointless. looks like the result of a 6th form project. No finesse or attention to detail. i.e. round base with a rectangular mirror. does it work well and does it look good? err NO and NO..!
