		<description>Any florescent light when brought near a plasma light/globe will light even with out anything touching its contacts. This also works with LEDs and LCDs. The operation is through electromagnetic radiation. All someone needs to do to create the same effect as the product above is to go to a novelty shop and buy a plasma light that can be removed from its base and then place a vase above it with a little water on the bottom and put a florescent light in or close to it and it will light (there MIGHT be a risk of electrocution as I don&#039;t know a lot about the properties of electricity).

		<description>I don&#039;t understand why the stick held by the hand is lit up as it is totally outside of the water. Was the thing not supposed to use water to be connected? If you can do it with water, what&#039;s the purpose of it then? or it is just a nice render?</description>
