The bed would be okay with a memory foam mattress. I really don't think this idea would be good if used as actual furniture, but would be excellent if used as a way to quickly build fitted furniture in a home - instead of building, assembling, etc fitted beds/wardrobes/shelves just simply open up one of these and bold them into the walls followed by finishings.
