		<description>Floating houses are fun. 
Remember that this planet is being over populated, the first place to move when theres no land left is the sea, later on when thats full it will be the sky then beyond for which we move to.
I my self have designed many &#039;tera to aqua&#039; settlements, and seen many unique styles. This one is basic but nice i hope to see this float by my 
&#039;moving island&#039; very soon, I&#039;ll be sure to wave.

Im not sure about the implementation of the idea, but doesnt matter at this stage , I think its a bloody good original design. I d love to experience one.

As for the guy talking about displacing water that can all be solved by widening the base or making the walls higher.
