you know this type of system has been around a long time, saw some in HK in about 2002. At that time it was spendy but one of the touted apps was lighting in offices, condo’s etc. If you like that…check this…

If the lamps are attached to the other side of the wall, the tenats will be able not only to hear the steps ouside the wall, but also to see where the guest or a child is

interesting idea. much more practical then a lot of current workplace lighting configurations.

maybe sketch-up shots aren’t the best idea though

If consolidate lamp on the other walls – tenants will be able to not only hear the steps outside wall, but also to see where their guest. Or a child.
