Great post. I like the Star Wars interpretation.

There are plenty of musical interfaces (sound generation / control) out there, seems like everyone is giving it a go. The problem usually is that they are either not intuitive enough or are too limited / limiting. A Dreamer producing only three different sounds? More like a recurring nightmare.
