Material - their Website says that it's some kind of light-weight material for the desktop surface, that has an additional layer of lacquer. The table-top-support (= the legs) are made of aluminium. So it's pretty high-quality stuff. What is also cool about it is that these desks are hand-made in Berlin.

I've been to a digital TV company in Berlin that works with these desks recently and I thought wow these desks are really cool - pretty large too - but they are really sturdy annd not that light as they appear.

Cool is that these desks create an optical illusion - they seem to "tilt" due to the way the sides are folded towards the inside, but they are 100 % stable and horizontal.

[...] galleryPost('kinzoair', 3, '');The Kinzo Air from Kinzo Architecture might make working in a proper office bearable. Although with its Stealth-fighter design cues, a guy wearing a HUD helmet with oxygen might be more at home behind it than an accountant. It looks like its perched on the ground momentarily, ready to speed off— in fact I’m sure it’s radar-invisible, although it would be the worst desk to carelessly bump into ever. It does have integrated drawer, cable-concealer, bin and similarly-sleek filing cabinet, and it’s modular with single and double versions. [Yanko design] [...]
