What are the “composite materials” used in the construction of this piece? Are the dotted lines suppose to be individual LEDs or is it supposed to be internally illuminated with a bulb? Honestly, I’m very skeptical about this – seems like it was designed by someone without any knowledge of materials or manufacturing.
