An 'internal weighing system'... really? And just how are you pulling off weighing something like cigarette ash in a device so small? Perhaps the magic of a 'built in microchip' will solve all your problems. This is just concept crap without any consideration about the engineering required to actually build it. This isn't so much design as it is science fiction illustration. I drives me nuts to see theses 'designs'. An 'internal weighing system'… really?
