Yes, they do look best in group. The combination can be mixed with flat tile. Depends on the space it can be versatile. For those you were confused, I am not sure about which two you meant. For the (right-up), it can be curtain ring; the (right-low), when in public space, it can replace the postcard stander, or for inside the house, it can be a mail box.
